How can we help?

If something is not working, a league result looks wrong, or you need help with your account, contact us and include enough detail for us to investigate quickly.

Include this information

  • Your NO10 username or account email.
  • The league name and game mode, such as Kickoff or Trophy.
  • The event, competition, match, or question involved, if relevant.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if they make the issue easier to understand.

Common support topics

Prediction did not save

Check that the match has not locked. Kickoff picks lock at kickoff and cannot be changed after that.

Result looks wrong

Sports data may sync late or be corrected later. Send us the match, event, and league details.

Trophy answer issue

Include the league, question, selected answer, and whether the Trophy deadline has passed.

League invite problem

Include the invite code, league name, game mode, and any error message shown in the app.

Name or account

Tell us your username, what you tried to change, and whether the change appeared after refresh.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the NO10 app. The Delete Account page explains the steps and what happens to your data.

Never send passwords or one-time login codes to support. NO10 support will not ask for your password.
